I've often thought that I should eat some vitamin suppliments, since I'm not the healthiest eater in the world. However, I always end up forgetting to take them. Great point about the difference in testing results based on location. I didn't even consider the fact that culture/cuisine would have a siginificant impact on the vitamin needs of the person under test.
